How We Brand Your Beanies
We offer six branding methods for knitted beanies, so your logo can be applied in the way that suits its shape, colours and your budget.
3D embroidery
Raised, padded embroidery that stands out from the surface of the cap. It works best with bold, simple shapes and thick lettering, and gives a premium, structured look.
Knitted logo
Your logo knitted directly into the fabric while the cap is being made, rather than applied afterwards. Because it’s part of the knit itself, it can’t peel or lift off. Best suited to simple shapes and a limited number of colours.
Woven labels
A branded label stitched onto the cap, usually on the cuff. This is the most common choice for private-label brands, and the cleanest way to carry a wordmark.
Patch work
A logo patch attached to the cap. We offer woven patches, 3D embroidered patches, printed patches, leather patches and iron-on patches, so detailed or multi-colour logos can be reproduced accurately.
Printing
Printed branding for designs that suit a printed finish.
Custom embellishments
Additional decorative details beyond a standard logo application, developed with you during sampling.

Custom Colours and Pantone Matching
We match yarn to your brand’s Pantone colours, so your beanies carry your exact brand shade rather than a close approximation.
You can also choose contrast cuffs and contrast poms, so the cuff or pom-pom is knitted in a different colour from the body of the cap. Melange yarns, which blend several shades into one yarn, are available where you want a textured, mixed-colour finish.

One honest note on colour
Colours shown on a screen don’t always match the finished product exactly, which is true of any knitted yarn. That’s why we recommend approving a pre-production sample before bulk production — it’s the only reliable way to confirm the shade.

Before bulk production
Sampling and Approval
We develop a sample of your beanie for approval before bulk production begins.
The sample lets you confirm the knit, the fit, the colour, your logo placement and the finish — everything that’s difficult to judge from a drawing or a screen. Once you approve it, bulk production is made to match.
Samples are chargeable, and the sample cost can be adjusted against your bulk order, subject to the order quantity.
